PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure that with all online payments the information is kept safe.

SHIPMENT POLICY
Most orders are shipping within 2 business days of receipt.
Standard delivery is by UPS Ground.  Shipping and Handling charges can be

estimated to be about 10-20% of the total merchandise. UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. 2nd and Next Day services are available for an additional charge. Transit time is approximately 1-7 business days, depending on destination.  All Next Day Orders placed after 12:00pm EST are not guaranteed Next Day Delivery.

RETAIL RETURN POLICY
We stand by our gifts. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any of our products, please call our Customer Service Department and we will gladly exchange it or refund your credit card. All exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of shipment.


BACK ORDERS
Items which are out of stock at the time of the shipment date will ship as a back order when
the items become available.  You may request "ship complete" at the time of order entry to avoid back ordered items.


TAX
A sales tax of 6.25% is added to all retail orders shipped to Massachusetts addresses.
Sales tax will not be charged on shipments to gift recipients outside Massachusetts.


PRICE CHANGES
Prices listed on our website are effective 01/01/16 through 12/31/16 
However, due to unforeseen market fluctuations, prices listed are subject to change without notification.
